If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store. We cannot process refunds directly.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mitchell Johnson and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Mitchell Johnson be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
